Submit a Hearing Aid Test (Audiogram) 

Just send your most recent hearing aid test to, or fax it at 1-888-586-4756.  You have a legal right to obtain a copy of the results of any audiogram test that you have taken. Just ask the person who did the test with you or ask your primary doctor to request a copy. If you do not have an audiogram, call us (1-888-564-2436) to discuss other options.

  1. It is very easy to purchase online.  Have your debit or credit card ready at the checkout.  If you wish to buy on installment, you can use PayPal Credit or Future Pay.

All of our products have a 3 year labor and parts manufacturer warranty. We will repair or replace your hearing aid at no cost if there is a problem that is not related to damage or loss. 

If you experience a problem, please call (1-888-564-2436) or email us at  Our technicians will discuss the problem with you and often be able to resolve it over the phone. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will determine if this is a warranty issue, give you a service number, and ask you to return the product for servicing or replacement. 

You may extend the product warranty for a second year for an additional $100 per hearing aid. If you wish to buy this extended warranty policy, please contact us at any time during the first year of enjoying your Hearing Wisdom hearing aids.



Shipping is free for all orders within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.  We will refund your shipping costs if you need to send us your hearing aid for any reason within the first year of purchase. For international orders, shipping is $75.

We will ship within 3 business days of your order and will let you know the tracking number of your purchase as soon as it is mailed. We send all packages by US priority mail in the United States and by an international shipping firm (Fed EX or DHL) for other orders.  


Return Policy 

We are confident about all our products.  We also know that it takes some time to get used to wearing hearing aids.  Therefore, we encourage you to wear your hearing aids for 60 days to get fully adjusted to them. 

If you are not satisfied with your hearing aids, call us at 1-888-564-2436 to see if we can help you resolve your issues. Often there are very simple tips for adjusting your hearing aid. 

You can return your hearing aids for a full refund, if you notify us by email at within 60 days of purchase. We will send you instructions on how to return the hearing aids.  We will refund 100% of your money once we receive the hearing aids, and will notify you when the refund is mailed to you. There are no restocking or handling fees. 



We know that it is easy to lose or damage a hearing aid.  We offer the ability to buy insurance for loss or damage of the hearing aid. Insurance covers replacement with a same or comparable hearing aid. Call us for details.
